What is the ERC Program?
It is an IRS Tax Credit rewarding Businesses for retaining Employees during the Covid-19 Pandemic.
It is not a loan and will not need to be repaid. The ERC Program requires a CPA to analyze and maximize your refund.
What Are the Qualifications?
Your Business was Required to shut down fully or partly due to Covid-19 in 2020 and/or 2021. Your Business had a 20% or greater Decline in Cash Receipts in 2021 and/or a 50% Decline in 2020 compared to the same quarter in 2019. You started your Business on or after February 15, 2020.
